Leave a mark

I have woken up extra motivated today. About pretty much everything, from working & eating healthy, to being more persistent and involved into educating myself :-) So I was exploring!

Firstly, I have found this great online web site BookBoonIt is actually a Danish company which, since 2005 as first in the world, began publishing eBooks (mainly for business-oriented students) for FREE! They are right now the fastest growing Ebook publisher online and still growing! I have already downloaded a couple of their motivational eBooks, e.g.Thinking Skills, Goal Setting for Success or Successful Time Management! :)

Secondly <3

Thirdly, I have been a good girl today. I managed to eat so healthy & well!
Morning as usually, yogurt with oats, chia seeds, cacao, cinnamon, cocos, banana&blueberries. Lunch was salad with salmon, half of orange, egg & avocado, plus yogurt-curry topping. Dinner was tofu with carrot, egg, zucchini and avocado plus two knäckebrots with a Rondelle spread. And since we were supposed to have fika today with the corridor mates, I bought chocolate muffins. But at the end only three of us could manage to come :-D And I said no-no to muffin and instead made the same banana-orange-yogurt smoothie as on Friday. Delicious & a waaay healthier. I left the muffins in kitchen for the guys so they can have nice breakfast tomorrow (like i said-i am such a good girl!:D) And of course, I worked out today too. 2km power-walking, 4km run, 2km power walking. It was incredibly beautiful & warm outside so it felt great to be out on the air! :)) I did not want to push it too much with running, since i was running on Saturday as well. Rather slowly begin to gain form and condition then to give up after 3 days! Tomorrow strength training-arms,back,core&abs and walking only, legs need rest too:-)

Moreover, yesterday afternoon we had birthday-fika at my friend Daniela's place! She was celebrating her 23 B.D. and we had looots of cakes and pasta later on. It was very nice & we all enjoyed! #finallysociallife

And lastly, the Artist of the day ;)

Hydrogen Sea

This dreamy-duo consists of a multi-instrumentalist PJ Seaux & a singer Birsen Uçar. Their EP is out just in a couple of hours, but on Soundcloud it is available to listen already!

Will you leave a mark

at the end of days?

Round and round we just keep going

Sunny sunny and pretty day todaaay!
I went for a run today after 3(!) days, thinking I would barely make like 5 km. Cause usually if I do not train with a max pause of one day, I am becoming more and more lazy and then it goes sloooowly. But today I decided to go for a run to Ryd Forest, where I just went once for a walk to explore, but usually I was just having run up till Malmslatt or down from Ryd to one really nice part of the town with lots of houses. I guess I was just like "ashamed" to go Ryd forest because of many people who go there... But then I was like - who cares? Everyone goes there for him/herself, to train or just to have a nice power walk. So I grabbed my stuff & just went. And I am not regretting a second of it. It has been sooo nice! It makes such a difference when you run in the forest, without cars or whatever, just nature! And not even that many people as I expected were there. ^-^ Happy Nisa.
I did not do my fastest run, BUT I did the longest one today! Yupiii. When is the time when I could barely run for 15minuts and I was out of breath?:P haha nooppee. Today 8,47 km whooop! :D #evenslowprogressisprogress! And I got lost again while running, so I had to use the google maps to navigate me back :-DD haha I am retarded. Anyways, SOOO happy with my progress! ^-^

Right now I am sitting in the Key-building at the Uni.(yep, Friday at almost 5pm:D) Studying swedish & letting sun warm me here next to window! ^-^ I made a really good banana-orange smoothie for some energy before I left so now I am ready to work hard!

Aaand I have signed up for a 30-day green smoothie challenge at the Simple Green Smoothies. It starts on the 1st of April and I am really excited! Every day incorporating green smoothie & keeping it healthy all the time with clean eating + exercise? Hell Yes.

Moreover, I was just telling my lovely german friend Gabi that I should do like "Artist of the Day" thingy on my blog, because my obsession with music is unbearable if I am to keep it just to my iPhone :D haha. I get to know someone new every single day. And this way I would actually even do a little "research" on the particular band or so and keep the track with all the new music! :) So today is day ONE of my "Artist of the Day".

SAINT RAYMOND

19y.o. (wuut?!) hottie from Manchester has been kicking it for not that long time yet, but I believe he has a huuuge potential. For now he has two EPs - Escapade & Young Blood. Third one is on the way :)) Every single song is perfect oh! btw.his real name is Callum Burrows :3 Definitely on my playlist the whooole day!

CUTIEPIE! <3

Round and round we just keep going
Back and forth this tide keeps flowing ...

Who am I trying to be?
Wasting time on my own..

but you can have it all
give it all to make you feel complete <3

Got this now

Last 2 and a half months in Sweden. One month until my 21st Birthday. 6 months until going back to Prague. 3 months until summer holiday.
The time goes by way too fast ... As much as I wished the first semester to go by quicker, as much I wish it would slow down a little now.

Becoming more and more balanced, satisfied, peaceful and harmonized. Making changes in the habits, motivating myself to be more active, planning, writing to-do-lists, running, reading, exploring new music, discovering new places in Linkoping. Back in church the last Sunday with Claudi. Cell group /finally/ with my guys the last Thursday. Working on group assignments, getting to know new people. Need to put up map of the world on my wall together with posters(i like stealing the ones from the Uni;D) and my inspiration-stuff,too. Getting warmer & sunnier outside, really liking it! Run 8km on sunday & today as well! feeling proud! <3 Say Lou Lou concert absolutely-fucking-amazing. Library-sunny-days-reading. Parents safely back from Cuba. Finally in touch with Tatyana:') Tess as such inspiring person, as always.Talked to my lovely cousin Domi & her little sweetipie Noemi. Putting together my workout schedule. Iced coffee <3 SO much stuff to look forward to..So much stuff to do before I go back home. Sis back in Prague, life 8000. So excited to come back. But before ... I know.

Gonna make these last months here count.

magic Stockholm <3

not giving up.

such special gift from my lovely Claudia <3

And infinite amount of music. Always. Every day. For tonight ....

as it comes and goes in silence

Am I ever gonna find you?

Young Hearts

Du borde studera svenska nu, Denisa!

Yep, i should be studying swedish right now.. or at least do research on extremist political parties in UK.. or read about how to tackle the problems of extreme poverty in the world. But I do exact opposite, meaning searching the blogs & listening to music :D hehe not feeling very productive today ^^

Anywaaaayyss! I am going to Stockholm /yeeey/ again! From Friday till Monday, since my beloved best friend Šanko is visiting me ^-^ I am sooo excited! I LOVE Stockholm and gooosh, I wish I could live there !  The atmosphere, the people, the streets, the fashion & the health-freaks-obsessed-runners-and-vegans-hipsterish-freakin-HOT Swedes, aaah yes please! Every single thing about that city is magiiiical!

On Saturday I went out to party with my super-nice peer student Rebecka! She invited me so we managed to go, there were two swedish bands playing (a bit weird and not my "cup of tea" but it was a lot of fun anyways!:D) plus our university Djs. The only song I remember was called "Fucking Albatraz" and that is pretty much it! But drunken swedes are a must-experience here.

Lately I have been spending more time on my own, which I do not mind at all. I actually really enjoy & embrace this special "gift" I was given. In Prague last year I had time for basically nothing . It was just about studying. Here in Sweden I have plenty of space I can devote to things I love & to be in constant process of creating myself -> that should be always "under construction". I think it is very important to not fall into stereotype (which I have, unfortunately, experienced the first semester..but i have learned!) and to appreciate what we have and what we can do here. I refuse to be bored and just sit in my room all day and night. I do not give a damn whether it is sunny, rainy, freezing, warm, windy or snowy. It is just weather. And I am not allowing it anymore to take control of my actions and plans for each day.. If I feel like running, I will go at 7pm and it might be minus 1 or drizzling rain. I just do not care anymore, I had enough of excuses of this kind. NOOOT happening anymore.

And I would rather spend time on my own, doing what I like and put my energy into Something I dream of or have passion for than just to be lazy ass and waste this precious last months here!

So, move & be active. Make the day COUNT! :) It is beginning of (already!) third month of 2014. There are only 52 Tuesdays this year, already 8 of them behind us. The time goes by so fast, there is no time for sadness, depression or FEAR. We have such limited time on this earth, we really should be & do our best.:)

Love & Smile it up!

and a little selfie :P
